I felt good this morning. Getting rid of that clutter in the garage feels gratifying. I feel a sense of accomplishment. I still have much to do but it was a very big dent. The yard is mostly cleaned out. This week I am going to do all the small things.
My plan during the week is to do my normal household duties and include something small in addition. Spending about 30 minutes to get something done. Clearing out the last part of the camping gear or pulling summer stuff down outside for winter weather permitting. The weather should clear up tomorrow so everything will be dry before I pack them away. This weekend I will drop more stuff off at Goodwill. I will include this in my morning weekend ritual as I do grocery shopping.
Another thing I am going to do is go for a walk. My son wants to go too. So, it will be a nice walk and talk time we can do through the week and not just on Saturday. I just need to get active and start to lose 8 pounds and start building muscle. Like everything in my life, I have been putting it to the side for way too long. I just need to get into the habit of doing it, once it becomes a habit, I just do it without thinking about it.
