Spent the day inside cleaning the house. It was mostly overcast today. In the evening I listened to the Cosmiks radio show (WAWTC Radio Show). I liked it a lot. I watched a little TV before bed. Not going to stay up like I did yesterday.

I feel much better today. My performance at work is back to normal and my physical activity is back at where it was once before.

Took the kids out to the park to enjoy this fantastic weather. I wore a mask to help block the spores and pollen. Wearing the mask works very well. We played tennis, through a frisbee around and the kids went down the zip line a few times. I spent 20 minutes spinning the playground spinner full of kids. All the kids had fun and I got a workout.

Cooked up some ribs for dinner. They came out much better than the last time I cooked ribs. Once the sunset I enjoyed the clear skies star gazing next to a fire. I heard a few Owls tonight. One landed in a tree 50 metres away. It is amazing how quiet they are in flight.

Sayed up watching Ancient Apocalypse on Netflix. So far this is a bunch of nonsense. He doesn’t give any proof or just make up things.  The Bimini Road is just Beach Rock. I have seen this mostly on beaches but also diving. He is very deceptive. Also, he never proves that Atlantis survivors existed. I will add this to the Ancient Aliens category of nonsense.

I worked today but didn’t do much. I made a lot of mistakes, luckily my partner checked my work and fixed them for me.  I should have taken another day off.

☀️ 60°F – 40°F 😐 | Seattle 

Still sick. I had to take another day off from work. The allergy medicine is finally kicking in. I feel much better by the afternoon. Stayed inside so I could recover from the last two days.

☀️ 52°F – 37°F 🤒 | Seattle 

My allergies hit me hard last night. I didn’t sleep at all and needed to take a day off from work. For the rest of the day, I took naps and ate light. I was in the house for the entire day. Too bad, it was gorgeous weather today.

Installed my new strap on my watch. I like it. I’m thinking of changing the buttons for Boston screws to secure the watch to the strap better.

It was a busy day at work. My cohort was sick today and I needed to pull double duty. The office was pretty empty, and the snack bar was full. I grabbed a Cougar Mountain chocolate chip cookie. They are scrumptious.  It rained for most of the day. I only ventured out to and from the car. After work I helped and cleaned up the mess from yesterday. The kids have the week off, so we had more time together. Drew with my daughter and played games with my son. Hopefully tomorrow there will be a break in the weather so we can ride bikes around the lake.

The e-bike needs some work to be done in the breaks. I have all the parts now and will need to work on the front tire first. Once done I will go up in the mountains and ride around in the snow.

🌧️ 46°F – 40°F 🤒 | Seattle 

Happy Easter! I woke up at 6am and placed the eggs filled with candy around the back yard. Placed mostly nibbled carrots from the green belt to main presents. Kids had fun finding the eggs and playing with their presents. The food was great and naturally I ate too much and needed to take a nap. Before bedtime me and my daughter played Out Foxed. I really like this co-op game.

Left the house at 7 am with my son to pickup some items around town. We arrived early to the mall while all the stores were still closed . We walked around the mall and talked till the stores opened. Afterwards we spent time at the local arcade and played Ghost Busters. Once home I took a nap and went back to the grocery store to pick up some items that I missed in the morning. It was a good day, walking around the mall with just my son was nice. We talk about video games and what he wanted to do on his school break next week.

☁️ 55°F – 47°F 🙂 | Seattle 

Another week that flew by quickly. After work, I picked up the kids from school and drove to the Municipal Airport with a few Happy Meals  so we could watch the airplanes arrive/depart from the field. It was fun and the kids really enjoyed it. We headed back home and played Super Mario Odyssey to clear the next world of Moons. I stayed up to plan the week better. I feel that I could do more if I plan more things. I typically forget things if I don’t have them written down.

🌧️ 54°F – 40°F 🙂 | Seattle 

I took the kids and myself to get a haircut. We didn’t go to the arcade as we originally planned and chose to go next week after work and spend a few hours there instead of an hour. It rained for most of the day. I left early from work to work from the car in the rain. I just like to listen to the rain dance on top of the roof top.

I really want to go camping in the rain. The campsite I want to go to is still covered in snow. I am hopeful the snow will start to melt early this year. Planning to ride my bike to see how far I can get up the mountain before I am stopped by the snow. If I had two more batteries, I should be able to make it. But at 5 batteries I will need a trailer to bring them all.  Maybe I should go to a closer camp location and stay overnight in my Teepee with a heater. Just a thought.
