Slept in till 8 am. Body is sore. Managed to complete the house hold duties and go grocery shopping. Spent the day playing games and watching tv with the kids. We all went swimming mid-afternoon and watched a move before bed.

Went biking on Iron Horse Trail after work. Rode for 36 miles to complete the Western portion of the trail. It was a nice autumn sunny day. Even enjoyed a beer on the way back. Sunset was beautiful. Made it back to the car in the dark.

Got up at 4 am again to start work.  The day went well. Got off at 3 pm and spent time with the kids playing games and reading with them. Prepped the bike for tomorrow ride.

Up early (4am) to start work. Helping out with getting some lingering things done. Implemented to tv or video game. Instead we ran around like fools and read to each other. Kids had allot of fun.

Last of the parts has arrived for the bike. The bike is now winterized and should hold up in the rain. The bike has extended range so it will be fun exploring areas that were not accessible before

Got a congratulation on my productivity from the team lead. Shifting my start time helped allot. My new couch finally came today. Looks good, room feel more spacious. Planning my next biking trip. Need to hit two tunnels before snowfall.

Cleared out he office. Feels much roomier. Put my hiking, cycling gear away. Watching the Seahawks lose their game with the Titians. Played board and card games with the kids. Took a long bath before reading with the kids & bedtime.

Spent the day cleaning the house and washing clothes. In the evening I worked on weather proofing my gear for the up coming rainy weather. eBike should be weather proofed by Wednesday. Going out for a ride this Friday.

Canceled my mt biking trip today. I didn’t have time to fully prepare for the trip. I need to get the bike fully ready for the rain and cold. Will work on it this weekend and go next week.

Work went well today. Helped allot of people resolve complex issue. I even help a user on an oil rig 50 miles off the coast and two different people in the Cayman Islands. Crazy times we live in.  Canceled the bike trip. Not ready.
