Another warm day. Wasn’t feeling well this morning, allot of coughing . By noon it cleared up. After work I felt very tired so I took a two hour nap. Feeling a lot better, went for a swim after dinner and going to bed early tonight.

Going back to my early morning summer ritual of going swimming before work. My son joined me. He is an early riser like me and found it fun watching the sunrise while swimming. Working on my ebike for my next adventure.

Washed camping equipment. There was more ash then I originally thought. Everything is clean and put away for my next trip. Watched the Jungle Cruise before bed. Thought it was well done. It kept me guessing with all the twists.

Got up at 9 am and went for a morning swim. Still recovering from the trip. Tired and my chest felt like I chained smoked two packs of smokes. Need to unpack tomorrow and wash off all the ash from the equipment and car.

Went to the lake and dove arround. Found allot of small Rainbow Trout with the floor covered in agley. At 7:30 pm we decided to pack up and head home. The smoke was getting to heavy and feeling ill.  Arrived home at 1:45 am.

Up at 4 am and loaded the last of the car. Drive to Conconully was uneventful. The park is nice. Setup time was short. Spent a few hours in the lake. Smoke from the wild fires is getting pretty bad by bed time. Hopeful it will clear.

Getting ready for my trip. Today is my birthday and getting ready to spend it with my family in Conconully State Park in Okanogan County. Car packed and ready to leave early tomorrow morning. Should be a fun trip.

Packing up my equipment for the trip.  Searching the area I will be camping at for any abandon mines or ghost towns near by. I will most likely be spending my time in the lake keeping cool from the hot weather.

Organizing my equipment for my trip. This will be the furthest north I have been in central Washington. Should be fun. Going to explore a lake. Hopefully I will find something underwater. Not sure if will bring my electric bike.

Headed into the office. Just noticed I should be taking two 15 minute breaks instead of two 10 minutes.  Went to a sporting goods to resupply my outdoors food and fuel. Trying to get out every weekend.
