Started jogging again. Even did pullups and pushups. Feeling allot better. Haven’t done any real physical activity for a while. Need to keep it up. Going to pull out my rain/winter hiking equipment and get out.

Feeling sick. I didn’t sleep well last night. Woke up with a sore neck and weak arm. I stretched out and began a busy day. Managed to take a short nap before the kids were release from school. Picked up some videos from the local library. Giving them a watch tonight.

Today is Election Day. Anxiety fills the air. To take my mind off of things I worked on the house and completed tomorrow house hold duties. Not user if I will go to bed early or stay up and watch the elections.

Cleaned up the whole house of decorations from Halloween. Front yard is back in order. Fixed my fridge freezer again. The frost is out of control. Need to see if the seals are still good. Washed laundry and cleaned the living room. Helping the kids with school.

Last night was a success. 8 kids showed up and the shoot worked as expected. The kids loved it.  Drank and talked to my bud and his wife till 11 pm. My kids were bored. So I marked a whole bunce of candies with a UV pen and hide them arround the yard. Gave them black light torches to find them in the dark.

Happy Halloween. Set up the firepit and split enough wood to keep the fire going till 2 am. Filled bags with candy and made a candy shoot from the sidewalk to my front yard. Not expecting any kids really. But just in case. Expecting a good friend of my to come over.

Finally decorated the house for Halloween. We carved pumpkins and decorated the front of the house. Tomorrow I will move the firepit and chairs to the front and wait for trick or treaters. I also made some sangria to keep me company.

Helped with the children’s school work and did the last of the laundry for the week. Played with the kids outside. Next week looks like it will be a rainy week. So we are enjoying the warm weather and sunny day.

Completed all my tasks for today. I’m a bit tired but the sense of accomplishment is satisfying. Going to bed and resting up for tomorrow.

Planned out and got all the ducks in a row. Tomorrow will be a busy day for me to get all my work I have planned out and helping the kids with school. It will be well worth it once it is all done.
