Cleaned the house and off the air port we went. The flight was nice and uneventful. The electronic inflight entertainment was quite vast. Landed in San Diego and went to see my family.

 I am officially on holiday. Handed off all my responsibilities and said my goodbyes. Packing up all my stuff and heading out in a few days. I am going to go minimalistic for this trip so I can carry the kids’ stuff more easily.

 My back is still sore. I hope it heals quickly before my trip. This afternoon I went into the pool to take the weight off my lower back. The water was 83°F and it was nice, my lower back pain went away for a bit.

 Stayed home and worked remotely. Wearing a back brace to keep my posture straight. I am feeling better than yesterday. I went in the pool to relieve the weight from my lower back.

 I pulled my lower back last night. I had to take the day off of work and just lay in bed. I didn’t do much other than take naps and lay in bed.

 ☀️ 93°F – 64°F 🤒 | Seattle 

Spent the morning gardening before the heat sets in. By noon I was in the pool with the kids. Grilled for lunch and dinner. Spent the rest of the day swimming. Just a nice day to be out. My shoulders are a little red.
