I went to Rattle Snake Lake for a bike ride. The place was packed full of people. The place was covered in snow and ice. I had to bail off because my friend had a flat and I went to help. He got home safely with the car.

Spent the morning repairing the bike for tomorrow’s trip. Replaced parts and fixed the front fender with some scrap metal. I finished the day watching Disney’s Soul movie. Good movie.

Work went very well today. Huge improvements across the board. I am happy with the results. I spent the rest of the day with the kids playing games and watched Plan 9 from outer space with my son.

Formulated a new process to improve my work grade. I did better than the last few weeks. Still refining the process. It should be allot better tomorrow than today. I find it fun planning new processes.

Had a performance review. I was down on my numbers and needed to improve. Got a gist of how they calculate the numbers. I am going to make a small adjustment and my numbers should almost double. I feel it’s unnecessary and really doesn’t affect better performance. Just an unnecessary value to add to an assessment.

Focused today clearing the house from clutter. Mostly packaging from all the Christmas presents and shopping from the past few weeks. Since the snow, the city hasn’t picked up the waste bins. Hopefully, this week they are able to.

I didn’t do much today. Watched TV and played games with the kids. Rain came in late afternoon. Snow is slowly washing away. Expecting more snow tonight and for the next three days.

Slept in till 10 am. Put away all the Christmas decorations including the tree and ornaments. Relaxed and played games and watched TV. I enjoyed the last of the snow with a fire outside at night.

Completed loading all my programs on my computers and phone. Everything is back up and running. Played int the snow with the kids. Towed them in a sled the back alley on my bike. We had a fire at night and just watched the stars. Me and my daughter roasted marshmallows. Headed inside to welcome the New Year. I stayed up till almost 2 am.
