Heading to the office to work. Very quiet in the office. Only me and another employee. Air quality is getting worse. Opting to use an N95 to help filter out some of the crud in the air. Planning to stay mostly indoors today.

Feeling normal. Lungs feel better but a little weird. Packed the car up with junk and dropped it off at the refuge. It’s was a long wait to get in. Used the time to listen to some music. Took a nap and went swimming afterwards

Felling much better than yesterday. Stayed home and did things around the house. Took it easy. I think the smoke from the wild fires got to me and just needed to clear my lungs. Stayed up and watched a movie with my son.

Felt ill yesterday morning but felt better by noon. Last night I started to cough and feel ill again. My temp was normal. I didn’t sleep well and in the morning I felt terrible. I took the day off from work and went back to bed.

Another warm day. Wasn’t feeling well this morning, allot of coughing . By noon it cleared up. After work I felt very tired so I took a two hour nap. Feeling a lot better, went for a swim after dinner and going to bed early tonight.

Going back to my early morning summer ritual of going swimming before work. My son joined me. He is an early riser like me and found it fun watching the sunrise while swimming. Working on my ebike for my next adventure.

Washed camping equipment. There was more ash then I originally thought. Everything is clean and put away for my next trip. Watched the Jungle Cruise before bed. Thought it was well done. It kept me guessing with all the twists.

Got up at 9 am and went for a morning swim. Still recovering from the trip. Tired and my chest felt like I chained smoked two packs of smokes. Need to unpack tomorrow and wash off all the ash from the equipment and car.

Went to the lake and dove arround. Found allot of small Rainbow Trout with the floor covered in agley. At 7:30 pm we decided to pack up and head home. The smoke was getting to heavy and feeling ill.  Arrived home at 1:45 am.
