Getting used to waking up at 4 am again. Studied all day again. Feeling more comfortable with the subject matter. I’m at the half way point of my studies. Just 2.5 more weeks to go. After that I will take break for a month and then study at my leisure.

Up and early this morning to start my daily studies. After work/studies me and the kids made tacos. After dinner I went back to study. Getting behind again. Looks like I will be working through the weekend to get caught up.

Back to studying. I have three more weeks till I am done with the first round of studies. Felt exhausted afterwards. Went to bed early to get some rest.

Didn’t do much today. Just relaxed and play Animal Crossing for a little bit. Planned out the week and organized my notes from my studies. Grilled up some steaks before it started to sprinkle. Going to bed and read before I fall asleep.

Wash and dry the outsides of the lemons
Peel the zest of the lemons with the Peeler into the bowl.
Add sugar into the bowl with the l lemon peels and stir well. Let rest for a few hours (2+ hours min)
The sugar will absorb the oils and moisture from the peels. It should look wet.
Pour the boiling water in the bowl of the mixture of lemon peels and sugar. Stir until all the sugar has been dissolved.
Let cool to room temperature.
Strain the peels from the liquid. Pour the liquid into the pitcher.
Juice the lemons (about 1½ Cups) and pour it into the pitcher then add ice.
Stir until ice has melted and place in fridge to chill.

Fill tall glasses with ice and pour.
Slept in to catch up on my sleep. Cooked a few burgers for lunch on the new grill. Played Animal crossing with the kids through out the day. At night we watched The Little Mermaid: Ariel’s Beginning. Read some more pages from Tales of the South Pacific.

Put together my new grill after work today. Had to retire my old one that lasted 15 years. Had a fire outside and enjoyed the clear skies watching the starts with the kids. Later I watched Bringing up Baby. Hilarious movie.

Finished my first certification for my job. Just four more to go. Spent the whole day studying. Made dinner and went to bed to catch up on sleep. Very tired but I feel a sense of accomplishment.

I’m getting burnt out on studying. Slept in till 5 am and got my day started late. Dragged my feet with study all day. After work I jumped in the cold pool to rejuvenate myself. It worked and I was able to get my household duties completed.

Spent the day deep cleaning the house for some reason. Felt burnt out on studying so I took a break and started cleaning the bathroom. Next thing I know I’m removing any spot of soap scum I can find in the shower. In the afternoon I made State Fair Lemonade. Came out delicious.
