Helped the kids with some school work and ran arround the house with them. Trying to keep them busy. Chopped up some more wood for the fire pit.

Stayed up late for a chance to see the Aurora Borealis. Made a Swedish torch to keep me warm. Cloud coverage was sparse and was able to see most of the sky. Saw stars and planets, but sadly no Aurora.

Had the children hang 96 candy canes on the tree. I found them on clearance the other day when I was shopping. Ordered some Chicken Salt from Australia. Haven’t have some since I lived there. Making fresh chips once it arrives.

Today was shopping day for me. Drove arround buying food and gm for the next month. Still will need to buy a ham before Christmas. Spent the few hour of day light chopping wood and making a Swedish fire log.

Had a nice morning. Slept in and relaxed for most of the day.  Watched the Seahawks game and planned the week. Still looking for a new a few lines journal for the next five years. Any recommendations?

Cleaned and spent some time outside running arround with the kids to get some exercise. Helped the kids make some ornaments for their grandparents. At night we watched Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

Fine tuning my schedule. Think I have the weekdays pretty solid. Just need to schedule out my weekend. I do most of my work on the weekdays. Really need to utilize Saturday and leaving Sunday at a day of rest.

Focusing on my scheduled tasks. Working out well. Just some fine tuning that needs to be done. Made a fire after the kids went to bed. Beautiful night, clear skies and able to see the stars. Mars was visible for most of the night.

Moved over from ToDo Lists to Calendar Blocking to keep me organized. So far it is working better for me while I am jobless. I am accomplishing my goals and feel a sense of accomplishment. Spent more quality time with the kids.

Started the day early. Made breakfast for the family and started washing the children’s clothes and bedding. Once the kids started school I started to study on how to use the Surface Pro more effectively.
