My back feels much better and I headed to the office. Nothing new at work. I chatted with people and headed home. Grilled steaks and chips for dinner and finished the day off swimming.

Stayed home today. I woke up with a sore lower back, so I laid in bed till 10 am. Got up and headed to the couch to watch tv. By 3pm I got up and installed the water filter for the pool. I went swimming with the kids.

 I spent the morning shopping with my son. Headed to the grocery store at 7 am then CostCo and the mall after that. We walked around the Mall playing Pokémon Go and checking out the Lego store. Spent the rest of the time talking.

 I had a dip in the pool this morning. The water was a comfortable 52°F. Anytime I went underwater it felt like a really bad ice cream headache.  I watched the King’s Coronation for most of the day.

 Average day at work. It rained throughout the day. The pool is completely full, but I am not able to install the plumbing and electrical systems due to the rain. The pool temperature was a nice 51°F.

The pool is filling up nicely. Brick pads are working well keeping everything leveled. I will resume filling it in the morning. I picked up some salt for the pool so I can start making chlorine once the pool is filled.

 Finish leveling the yard and created brick pads for the pool frame. I had the whole family help build the pool till 7 pm. The pool is ready for tomorrow to start filling with water. Too bad it will be cold for the next week.

Cleared my pool area of vegetation after work. I had the kids help me and did a respectable job. Tomorrow we will level the ground and build the pool then start filling the pool with water. I’m excited to go swimming again.

 My plans to work on my work in my yard were canceled due to rain. I need to prep the pool area so I can erect the pool and start back up my morning swims. I actually miss jumping in 50°F water to wake me up in the morning.

 🌧️ 54°F – 47°F 😐 | Seattle 

 Stayed on the couch watching TV and playing games with the kids. Planned the week out and ordered this week’s groceries. The bike is ready for the next trip. If I have time, I will be going camping or a ride next week.
