Enjoyed a morning swim to start the day off right. I went with my son to 8-bit arcade for a birthday party. We go to this place a few times a year. Typically, after a haircut at the barber across the street. Spent the rest of the day swimming and playing games.

I went out with the kids to do my weekly shopping routine. We had fun walking around and talking about things. Afterwards we went to the Ukrainian Festival to eat and check their wares. On the way back we went to REI to pick up shoes.

 Changed the way I work at home. I got more things done with less distractions. I enjoyed a morning swim before I dropped the kids off at school. The cool 66°F water gave me the energy I needed to continue the day. I just need to add weightlifting to the daily routine and I will be happy.

A warm but overcast day. Worked from home and did the laundry. I went swimming in the afternoon and skyped my parents to see how they are doing. Work is going well second month plan is underway. Fine tuning everything.

 A productive day. The pool is getting cooler but still warm for me at 70°F. The temperature should continue to fall heading toward autumn. Making healthier dinners. Tonight, I made chicken and a bunch of veggies in a skillet. The kids loved it. Will make more in the future.

Back in the office to get the week started. It was nice, I only need to work 4 days this week. After picking up the kids we went swimming while I waited for the laundry to be washed.  Read to the kids and played board games before bedtime.

Spent Labour Day clearing out TiVo and removing channels from YouTube. I did a little cleaning and organizing my laptop.  In the afternoon I took a nap and read.  I made lunch and veggie snacks for work.

I stayed up late last night outside next to the fire. It was nice but it knocks my sleeping pattern and forces me to sleep in later. I just cleaned up the house in the morning and took a nap this afternoon. It was just a lazy Sunday for me.

Up early with my son shopping for groceries. Afterwards we headed to the mall to get a pretzel, walk around and just talk. Mostly about video games and school. Afterwards me and the kids swam in the pool to cool off from the sweltering summer day.
